As a not-for-profit pediatric health care system, Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta relies on the support of individual and corporate donors to provide care for patients under the age of 21. The organization benefits from a number of fundraisers, including several golf tournaments. Each fall, Children’s Healthcare supporters come together to take part in the Golf for the Kids Invitational.

Now in its 11th year, the annual Golf for the Kids Invitational features a scramble-format golf tournament as well as several golfing contests, including Hole-in-One, Closest to the Pin, Longest Drive, and Straightest Drive events. In addition to the golf activities, the invitational includes a breakfast and an awards banquet.

In 2017, the Golf for the Kids Invitational will be held Monday, October 23, at the Country Club of the South in Alpharetta, Georgia. Registration for the event costs $200 for individual players and $800 for teams of four. Sponsorship packages ranging from $250 to $10,000 are also available.

Those unable to attend in person can still support the event by making a donation online. For more information, visit www.golfforthekids.com.
